Vanguard Properties is a real estate brokerage specializing in the sale and rent of real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding counties.

Vanguard Properties is one of the major local real estate companies based out of the Bay Area, with offices in San Francisco, Healdsburg, Sebastopol, and Guerneville in nearby Sonoma County, as well as offices in Palm Springs, and Marin County. The company manages the sale of featured real estate properties and projects throughout San Francisco, in neighborhoods like the Mission District, South Park, Noe Valley, Richmond District, South of Market, Pacific Heights, as well as in nearby Wine Country towns, including Sebastopol, Healdsburg, and other surrounding towns. Many of these properties are luxury real estates.
In November 2013, Vanguard Properties was chosen by Leverage Global Partners, becoming their exclusive member for the San Francisco and Sonoma County areas.
In December 2013, the company opened a third office in San Francisco (The Castro District), by acquiring The Herth Real Estate Company (established in 1965). It also announced the opening of two new offices in Guerneville (Sonoma County) and Palm Springs (Riverside County) that were also formerly Herth offices.
